1. Overview

Tourah is a marketplace for buying and selling self-guided tours. We facilitate transactions and take a commission. We do not own or create the tours.

2. Account Registration

• Provide accurate information
• Keep credentials secure
• Be at least 18 years old

3. Buying and Selling Tours

a. Buyers

• Receive non-transferable license for personal use
• All sales are final unless otherwise noted

b. Sellers

• You own your content, but grant us a license to distribute it
• Ensure your content complies with laws and rights

4. Payments and Fees

Handled by third-party processors. Sellers may receive payouts minus our fee (30%) and other third-party platform fees such as App Story, Play Store as well as common transaction fees.

5. Content Guidelines

Do not post:

• Infringing or misleading material
• Hate speech, violence, discrimination or adult content
• Spam or malware

We may remove content at our discretion.

6. Platform Role

We are not the creator or owner of tours. We are not liable for content quality or user disputes.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts for violations. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for content errors, outages, or resulting damages.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes will be resolved in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria.
